Download the SnapFlash® app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then turn on SnapFlash® and open the app. Follow the connection prompts and select SnapFlashHub from your phone’s available Wi-Fi networks. When prompted, enter the password Snap101Flash. Return to the app, and the live camera feed will appear.
No. SnapFlash® creates its own private Wi-Fi network and connects directly to your smartphone or tablet. It does not require internet access, cellular service, a wireless router, or an existing Wi-Fi network.

Yes. SnapFlash® supports multi-device control, allowing up to two compatible smartphones or tablets to view the live camera feed and control SnapFlash® simultaneously.
SnapFlash® provides up to eight hours of operating time. Actual battery life may vary depending on LED brightness, Wi-Fi activity, camera use, video recording, temperature, and other operating conditions.
SnapFlash® is IP67-rated for dust and water resistance. Make sure the USB-C port cover and battery cap are fully closed before exposure to dust or moisture. SnapFlash® is not intended for prolonged underwater use, deep-water inspections, saltwater, chemicals, or hot water.
Photos and videos are saved directly to your connected smartphone or tablet. SnapFlash® does not have internal storage or use a memory card, so a compatible mobile device must be connected to capture and save photos or videos.
Open the USB-C port cover and connect the supplied charging cable to SnapFlash®. Connect the other end to a standard 5V USB power source. The indicator light will blink red while charging and turn solid red when fully charged. After charging, disconnect the cable and tightly close the USB-C port cover to protect against dust and moisture.
